Special pans, mmm, that sounds like you do not have an electric hob but a newer version of tech which is bad for real food. Is it an induction hob? It creates a magnetic field of sorts, me thinks humbly although I am not a tech expert, but that great food is being destroyed by that new tech, me thinks. No micro for me and no induct any hob either. They can keep their 'new inventions so safe energy and sell it under the banner of 'the ceramics won't get hot' or some other slogan...
In any case you do not 'catch' anything as the body ALWAYS heals from the inside out so it is an inside job of your miraculous body to put you in bed to detox and heal. Yes the independent working people are stuck in a quagmire as you are not allowerd to be unwell, as unwell means no dough, so then things also do not flow...as they should. T'is difficult, I know that for sure. But you are in an area of the world where you have now been in the dark for months and depending on which lights you use, fyi: Dr. Alexander Wunsch, your body is craving real light and if it does not get enough it will go into energy saving mode until spring. A wintersleep so to speak, bears know what is good for you, you are a young lad ofcourse but they can also become unwell. fyi: Dr. Mathias Rath - The movement of life, Dr. Geerd Ryke Hamer. Gute Besserung, Grüß Gott!
Yes, I do get your point however you are not only in the same field but also blood bond related and you love her so you would like to see her well. We take on stuff for others for many reasons to help clear the air for and with them because we think we are stronger. So my idea is that we 'catch' the field of someone else needing to detox or heal something and they ofcourse do emanate their detoxing via the skin as well as that is a very important pathway to bring things outside of the body, breathing, exhaling, etc, yes. Saying you 'catch something' is an intersting sentence in itself but t'was not a malevolent particle, as we know those theories are part and parcel of a gigantic industry rolling in dough...At the same time, because of that field and close proximity you may also be in need of just 'doing nothing' for a couple of days, which is not something highlighly regarded in our society...just doing nothing...sitting under a tree and breathing...or in the sauna but you can only do that there if you have no fever. So here's to starve a fever, feed a cold. Soups and rest and clearing the head full of images that may need to leave the field as well, we are nowadays all bombarded with images, this used to not be the case. Our ancestors would be abhorred if they saw what our eyes consume, so we can want to eat a wholesome meal but our eyes also need wholesome imgaes. Nature is the only place for me to recalibrate and steering clear of images is another strategy, hence the paper bookreading which I love. Grüß Gott!
I would seriously think about putting a two hot plate electric cooker on the hob and plug it in and not use that thing. I mean I had it on and off when renting a holiday home and then I just adjust and use what is there but to put real food on such a thing, daily, is not the way to take good care of our food which we then eat. I've got regular electric and I love gas stoves, my daughter has a gas stove and it is marvelous to cook on so when I am at hers I enjoy it to the max. Another thing to look at is the pots and pans we use daily. It is absolutely bonkers that we have gone from having seriously good and proper cookware which lasted forever and are now scrambling to find stuff which is good for us and lasts, oh and which does not cost an arm and a leg. Gute Besserung, Grüß Gott!
We could have had it due to the heating running on gas and ofcourse you can go the route of an under the sink gascylinder with a two pit one standing on the hob but if I'm not mistaken that is costly as well. I saw those gas cylinders in a boat shop and was thinking of doing that but my kitchen it small but we were five with a dog so that would have been unhandy. Hence the electric one still be the one I use, I got used to using it but I still love my daughter's gas stove in the U.K: They're renting an old miner's small house, quaint and cute and cozy but moist inside due to poor insulation so in winter it's a bit of fight to keep the mold down in certain areas. Grüß Gott.
Good advice! As for colds, I'm also constantly getting the start of what feels like a cold.Luckily I put a stop to them with a high dose of Vitamin C powder.I reckon these bugs keep going because of all the daft mRNA vaccinated who are causing mild strains of viruses to mutate all the time....People are also sneezing in shops etc without using a hanky😡
Viruses are a hoax, detoxing all the shit that is in our lives these days is our colds, flu, pandemic. Vit C is great for stopping things getting worse, liposomal stopped my pneumonia in its tracks last year. (Grief being held in my lungs). Vax shedding has stopped my work as a hands on therapist as they make me ill (I'm not alone in this more therapists than not experience the same in my circle) . Shedding is probably frequency, they are going about unknowingly making others have to detox their low vibe.
Any recommendations for a good solar power battery storage unit? I'm lucky enough in the way that I have a gas cooker. A stand alone wood fire stove in the sitting room that I can also boil water on. I see some of my work colleagues have these passive houses which totally rely on electricity and have no fireplaces, stoves whatsoever. They think they're the best thing since slice bread but I think that attitude is changing after the little taste of a powercut recently. Also their electric bills are off the scale
The one I bought is a chinese brand and I would not recommend it at all which is why I am planning on getting a new one - probably a Jackory. Pricey but reliable. Yes - people buy into this stuff but don't actually consider where it is going...
I bought two Bluetti power stations which I keep powered up and intend to buy solar panel for when ‘they’ allow us a few hours of sunshine😉! I installed a wood burner a few years ago when I intuitively felt I would need it as an alternative heat source some day. I keep my essential documents in an easily accessible place so I can grab if I need to leave the house quickly.
Well done Michael for your thoughtful musings - they are much appreciated. I hope you are feeling more yourself soon. Much respect from a U.K. pensioner.
I bought a cheap £30 one to see what they were like...I thought they may be economical for doing things like roasted butternut squas, but the texture and taste were dreadful!Even a potato takes on a strange taste and texture I think they were invented for the ready meal brigade 🙄
Ive moved into a rented house with NO kitchen appliances, I bought one of the little halogen bulb air fry cookers and 3 days into using it I am impressed and it has saved me having to buy a big cooker for a hopefully 6 month let. They have their place and I have just sold a house with a wood fired range cooker which I adored made in UK in Canterbury and Very economical. I have coped with the downsize quite well!

Well here is the thing, everytime my daughter brings home something, I get it a couple of days later....

Unfortunately we have little choice regarding the induction hob which I hate.

I would prefer gas but no gas supplied here...

I gave up microwaves pretty much as soon as I had one! Induction hobs yes another nasty, looking for a new house fingers crossed no smart anything!
Thanks for sharing the ideas on common-sense which our ancestors had a lot of, Grüß Gott.
Indeed they did...

Thanks - I'm still under the weather but I will get there...
I still can't believe the amount of idiots who fell for the air friers craze. Completely useless
🤣I have one and it's a bloody handy thing at times. I don't rely on it though.... Awkward 😂

I got a Sage one and it is used for every cover in The Fat Duck owned by Heston Blumenthal, not ready meals there!

Yes I have some prepping stuff but as moving house gave away most of the dried food, I will restock. Things are going to get interesting!
