A good Osteopath is the best for those issues, sauna, some light overal muscle weighttraining/strengthening, hanging from a bar is always an easing move as well, steer clear of their 'help' 'tests' 'medical technology' ways to 'find out' where the 'problem' is ... if you can, those machines are not without side effects either, I wish you a peaceful day, read about Andrew Still, there are some great Osteopaths in Germany, next door, Munich or Potsdam, make sure you have a real Osteopath and not a Physiotherapist with an added short osteopathy course as an add on, bitter teas for the gut, only ues incandescent light bulbs in the home, stare into candle light 5 minutes a day, see what resonates leave the rest, Grüß Gott.

Born and raised in the Pirates of the Caribbean tropics so I'm always grateful if I can go back as living in Germany has become a bit of an issue with the goings on on the streets of this beautiful country with beautiful peoples. Even in winter though I liked going to the ocean, 2 1/2 drive, just to get the view and the ocean air and sound, it is good for the soul, I wish you a lovely day, Grüß Gott.

It is magical on many levels, good for the soul, to just float and be imbued in the frequency of the Caribbean Sea connected to all other waters as well, there's nothing like it for me, the sunset is fabulous for the eyes, feet in the sand. Woolies and snow can be nice as well especially in mountainous areas where you have a wide and far view and get a lot of light on the eyes when it is all white and the sun is out, I wish you a nice day, Grüß Gott.

As a Bowen therapist I would say find a therapist that has good feedback, Ostepath, Chiropractor, Rolfer there are many therapies that can work and there are many good therapissts and some bad ones. Personal recommendation is a good start. Sciatica is usuallly easily solved. Find someone who helps and comit to regular treatments once the problem is eased/resolved. 4 times a year minimum at our age probably more regularly. Drs are not so useful in stories involving Fascia, posture, sitting even walking habitual movements are usually more to blame than any "neurological" thing. I was diagnosed with neurological left side problems some 30 yrs ago with a suggestion to come back when it was so bad I was in a wheelchair. I made changes and saw chiro's osteopaths and changed diet to resolve the problem and finally trained to hellp others the way I was helped. I still have issues lately not good after a ruptured disk which kicked up old problems but I know that getting back to some good bodyworkers will sort things out. I'm not sure about IOS Bowen therapists in Brno but I would guess there is a therapist around that would help you out. Walking is one of the best types of exercise so it is important to keep on going (pain free)

I am going through the same spinal nerve process, having never experienced it when younger, and spent a very active, strong, physical life (67 now). I also find it difficult to give in to the pain and keep going, which of course makes this particular issue even worse. So yes, went yesterday to the doctor for my referral. Uncanny, or just rather the journey and life of a 'magic worker'. Not surprisingly, by the time I'd booked the appointment, the 'pain' began to lift/release. Referral achieved! Science in it's truest sense 😊 I am going to purchase a 3 in 1 spinal unit after reading some reviews. It gives massage/heat and traction, 15 minutes a day. Let me know if you want a link? I wish you recovery and successful maintenance with yours

A friend sent me this from FB (the dreaded 🙂) and suggested the above product

There are several on the market, some on Amazon etc I am reading reviews and looking for those with our particular symptoms

I found the doctor video on the spinal nerve issues/reason very helpful

I think I will be giving that one a go. I seem to have a new therapeutic aid added to my collection every year since I turned 60 😆

Would that be a mobiliser? I ve had one for years and they are good if you have the room for them. Sadly at the moment mine is in storage but I think I will have to get it out again.

Acupuncture? Yoga? Swiss Ball? Hanging from a beam or pull up bar will release the sciatic nerve. Much will be to do with core strength & strengthening. I understand the immediacy, like you I spent years delivering for my clients., on time etc. A habit hard to break. There is a natural tendency to want to get on with it. However, I would guard against rushing into their medical help - it has been my downfall. I am still trying to extract myself from their vicious chemicals.

Chiropractor and massage therapy. Loosen up and release the nerve impingement. Stay away from painkillers other than aspirin. And take it easy!

With love from a longtime sufferer of it.

Yes, even the neurologist said do NOT use pain killers.. he said the pain is a sign of something wrong so numbing it isnt the answer. I love massage and have an osteopath working with me... Thanks!
