Good on you, there are enough black sheep to make a sizeable flock but we would be buggers to herd, more like cats methinks! Hooray for the seeers of different reality, hurrah for the wierd and the outliers. I've never been a follower and I have had times of nothing and plenty it doesnt seem to equate with hqppiness either way just ease. I am surrounded by a band of friends in the "also wierd" catagory and that is where I am most comfortable and I make no apology for them or myself these days. Yes it brings rolled eyes and ridicule from the normies but really F. em I would hate to live their lives.
Pinocchio, the boy who did not want to grow up? Or do you have a different angle? In any case it was a lovely story to read and shows the value of having walked different paths in life, having different viewpoints to the narrow band of points of view the corporation wants you to have whilst living life, many people are just a shimmer of themselves trying to fit in, they'll never fit either because the moment you do the goalposts will be moved, taking good care of your offspring is the most important endeavor in life, I wish you a lovely day, Grüß Gott.
I can echo your sentiment. Particularly the folk who chase happiness, or fret about what people think.
I have always thought, bollock to them, I don't give a fuck what they think. My brother went to Oxford Uni, continues searching for the next new adventure, never seemingly finding what he's looking for, he's loaded up with head candy to combat depression. I am happy sweeping up leaves or something considered mundane. The power of now.
Of course! We live it this way because we own ourselves. Being owned by others puts one at their disposal. I celebrate the freedoms to do as we will, there are mild regrets that I didn’t come to it, fully, sooner. Once fully in it’s invigorating, enriching and joyous!
Why shouldn't you sing your own praises Gary? You sound like a great bloke.Very interesting with lots of worldly experience..Those who say stuff like,"who do you think you are?" are the same idiots who believe in newspapers, celebrities, doctors and professors etc.We have had enough of all those morons now!

Yep but she couldn't see the spiritual esoteric side of the story at all.
