My guest is SC Fisher, an author of horror fiction and specifically a series entitled Base Fear. These tales are loosely based on her real world experiences of living on armed forces bases around the UK. We get into story telling mode and Samantha shares many superb creepy stories from a variety of armed forces bases.
Samantha is a horror author, who has been interested in writing since she was a child. Her husband of 15 years is in the Royal Air Force, and traveling around the country with him was the inspiration for the series, as many bases have their own regional hauntings or horror stories. She was born and raised in North Wales, but has lived all over the U.K. thanks to her husband's job. In conjunction with writing, She is a huge horror fan, and enjoys not only reading horror novels but also watching horror films and TV shows. She is particularly interested in 'ghost hunting' shows, and does have a strong belief in aspects of the paranormal. She spent much of her childhood living in a house that she would certainly classify as having been haunted.
