There exists quite a lot of people who subscribe to the idea of ‘end times.’ These religious fruitcakes are deluded and dangerous people. The problem is that the USA and Israel are full of them and they want the end of the world so they can be saved.
Saved from what? I have no idea.
Heaven and hell are not places. They are states of mind. and anyone who spends their life fretting over end times is in a state of hell in my book. Furthermore, they are subjecting the rest of us to that hell as well.
Most history is a lie so its difficult to tell how long we have been around. I suspect its likely far longer than current historical narratives tell us. One thing is for sure - as long as humanity existed, there have been crises and calamities. Many happened before this middle eastern paganism became a monotheist global myth. Yes - the God of the Bible started out as one of many pagan Gods. In fact, there is a lot of evidence that the Gods were in fact aliens or some other form of advanced race. Men made them gods and one group of men came up with the idea of one God.
I may have offended you at this point - but this is all true. Sorry. This is how I see it - you need not share my views.
Pagan gods are often archetypes and often represent nature’s forces. But its deeper than that. By creating archetypes and gods, we essentially create thought forms that become these gods. We bring our gods to reality. Yet, there is something behind these gods as well…
I have come to believe that we are ‘god’. We co-create this reality and are made in the image of god for we are part of the one thing - the one consciousness that is what we may term god. Meditation reveals many experiences of this oneness…. The term Christ also has validity. It is a state of being in my understanding - a heart - centered way of viewing this reality and dealing with it. It is a state of being and one that all ought to aspire to. It is seen in the Qabbalah in Tiphareth and it is the balancing of all polarities.
And this is where my head is at.
Balance.
Balance is not static - it moves and adjusts. But seeking the balance is where I want to be. You see, there isn’t good and bad. Good and bad are but human concepts and are relative to who we are and where we are in our journey. In fact, there is a range of states and a balancing point. For example, how about foolhardiness through to cowardice - somewhere there is bravery as a balancing point right?
This is the triangular again. Put together two triangles one as the above and the other as the below and you have a hexagram. In the middle of the hexagram is balance. This is essentially what my book with SC Vincent is about - The Mystical Hexagram. There is a course of the same name that may be worthwhile doing if this interests you.
Heaven and hell are states of being not places. The tarot card shows these as the Devil and the Lovers cards. Something discussed in depth in the aforementioned book. Heaven or the lovers is achieved when all aspects of the self are in alignment and balanced - when you have taken on the Christos state. Hell I believe is what most of us exist in most of the time. A state of imbalance and out of synchness with the All.
I dunno why I wrote this today. Perhaps it is meant for someone out there…..?
Anyhow. I hope it means something to someone.
This idea of end times - its wrong. People talk all the time about WW3, end times, apocalypse and so on. Why do they wish death and destruction? How positive and loving is that? How do they expect death and destruction to become heaven? Because they are lazy spiritually - they don’t want to do the work - they want a miraculous intervention instead in which all of creation is destroyed.
Nice. - Not.
Couldn't agree more.
No coincidence that there's discussions on 'pagan larpers' happening, as the bottomless pit falls out of the bible story/script for war mongers and prophecy believers (all delusional at this point my opinion). I view them as complicite in wanting all the death and destruction in that story....they are really ticking me off now. Thanks GMV
I agree.Well said!I will buy your book, The Mystical Hexagram
